Abbotsford Juniors Football Club offers football (soccer) programs for both junior and youth players in a safe and family-friendly club environment.
The Abbotsford Juniors Football Club (AJFC) junior football program is one of the most popular within Sydney's Inner West. Based around Small Sided Football (SSF) and played on a Saturday morning, it is a great introduction to football and is structured to ensure children have a fun and enjoyable experience whilst learning our great game.
Our Under 6 and Under 7 teams are mixed teams that combine both boys and girls while our Under 8 through Under 11 age groups offer mixed and girl-only team. All teams generally train once-per-week with a focus upon football skill development programs to develop your child's football talent. The Club also strongly encourages children to be grouped with school mates or friends and wherever possible do our best to match any player requests.

The Abbotsford Juniors Youth football program builds upon the introduction players gain through Junior Football, moving players into teams playing in the Canterbury and District Soccer Football Association (CDSFA) football competition. The training focus for players is to continue their individual skill development while learning about game and positional play.
Boys aged from 11 to 18 years can play in teams in Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15, Under 16, Under 17 and Under 18 age groups, while girls aged 11 to 18 years can play competitive youth football in Under 12, Under 13 and Under 14, Under 16 and Under 21 age groups. Abbotsford Juniors youth teams are graded into divisions each year based upon past season results and player ability by CDSFA with the competition season commencing around the start of April.
